Who we are
Little Rocket Ltd. (“Little Rocket”, “we”, “our”) operates https://littlerocket.io and related products including Relay (relay.littlerocket.space). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate our services:
- Email address — when you join our mailing list or request early access.
- GitHub account information — when you authorise Relay via GitHub OAuth (username, email, public profile). We store only what is needed to identify your session.
- Usage data — basic, non-identifying server logs (request timestamps, response codes). We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
How we use your information
- To send product updates, early-access invites, and news you opted in to receive.
- To provide and improve Relay and other Little Rocket products.
- To identify authenticated sessions in Relay (GitHub identity).
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Email communications
If you join our mailing list, your email address is stored with Mailchimp, our email service provider. Mailchimp's privacy policy applies to that storage. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Data retention
We retain your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion. GitHub session tokens are short-lived and discarded after use. We delete personal data on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@littlerocket.io. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Our sites may set a minimal session cookie if you are authenticated via Relay; this cookie is required for the service to function.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest. All network connections use TLS. We are a small team and cannot guarantee absolute security; if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to subscribed users. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
