By accessing or using any Little Rocket Ltd. website or product (including Relay), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of services
Little Rocket provides infrastructure tools for AI-assisted workflows. Relay is a context infrastructure product currently in private beta. Features and availability may change without notice during the beta period.
Beta program
Relay is provided free of charge during the private beta. In exchange, we ask that beta users:
- Use Relay for real workflows and report bugs or unexpected behaviour.
- Share honest feedback via email or the contact address below.
- Understand that the service may change, have downtime, or be discontinued.
Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if these terms are violated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
- Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Overload or intentionally disrupt the service (DDoS, excessive requests).
Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and branding on Little Rocket properties is owned by or licensed to Little Rocket Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written permission.
Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over content you process through Relay.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, especially during the beta period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Rocket Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribed users of significant changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Little Rocket Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
